*All items purchased can ONLY be returned for an EXCHANGE

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only available for colour of the same style, same price.

Applicable for return and exchange in the event of “wrong colour or “defect upon receiving”.

Please do not discard any packaging material and ensure everything is returned in the same condition as when you received it.

31Hardware reserves the rights to not accept any return requests which does not meet our standard return policy.

In the event if the preferred colour is out of stock, the customer may choose to exchange with another brand with similar value (depending on stock availability). If both options are unavailable, customer may opt for a different product of similar value or top up the difference.

All items marked “Sale” are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.

Exchange Policy

Should you wish for an exchange based on our exchange & return policy, please inform us no later than 3 days upon the arrival of your package either by phone (011-5336 7687) or email (31hardware.team@gmail.com). Please note that no exchange will be allowed 7-days after the arrival of your package and the sooner you contact us the better we can assist you.

The shipping cost incurred for returning item(s) to 31Hardware are not covered nor reimbursed by us except for returning wrong/defected item(s) to 31Hardware.

Cancellation Policy

Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, we recommend reaching out to us via phone (011-5336 7687) for immediate assistance. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.

Important Information

To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we refuse to accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including:

Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)

Products showing excessive wear and tear or dented.

Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster.

Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced/removed or the item has been installed and removed.

Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction.

Products that have been soiled or contaminated.

*Products that are found to be not in accordance to 31Hardware Return/Exchange policy but yet is posted to our warehouse/premise shall not be entitled for Return to customer unless cost is borne by customer.
